We’ll begin with a 90-minute consultation to understand your goals, style, and project scope. Whether you're working independently or in collaboration with a contractor or builder, we act as your design partner—helping you avoid overwhelm and make confident choices. Price shown covers our first session and you will receive a full proposal with quote following. The session can take place with a builder or contractor if you have one identified.  If you need a contractor, we can help you to secure one.
